Our beliefs
-
God
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each fully and equally God, worthy of our worship and obedience. God alone is the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of all things, infinitely holy, wise, and just. His love and mercy toward us in Christ define our hope and shape our lives.
Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 6:3
-
Jesus
We believe that Jesus Christ, fully God and fully human, is the only Savior of humanity. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He lived a perfect life, died on the cross in our place, bearing the penalty of our sin, and rose bodily from the dead to conquer sin and death. Through His atoning work, we are forgiven, made righteous, and reconciled to God.
John 1:1, 14; Philippians 2:6-8; Romans 3:23-25; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
-
Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit applies Christ’s redemption to believers, drawing us to faith, transforming us into Christ’s likeness, and empowering us for holy living and service. The Spirit unites us to Christ and one another, and equips us to be witnesses of God’s kingdom through spiritual gifts, love, and truth.
Acts 1:8; John 14:16-17; Titus 3:5-6; Romans 8:9-11
-
Bible
We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible Word of God. It is our ultimate authority for faith, life, and practice, revealing the story of God’s redemptive work and guiding us into all truth through the power of the Holy Spirit.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Hebrews 4:12; John 17:17
-
Sin
We believe that sin has affected every aspect of human life and creation, bringing death and separation from God. Without Christ, we are spiritually dead, unable to save ourselves or repair our broken relationship with God. Sin’s curse has tainted all areas of human life and society, showing our need for God’s intervention and grace.
Romans 5:12; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:1-3; Isaiah 59:2
-
Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. No human effort or merit can earn our place before God; it is purely by God’s grace that we are justified and adopted as His children. This faith, itself a gift from God, produces gratitude, obedience, and a life lived in service to Him.
Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 5:1; Galatians 2:16; John 1:12-13
-
Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, the community of all believers who confess Jesus as Lord. The Church exists to worship God, preach the gospel, administer the sacraments, nurture believers, and be a light to the world. We are called to unity in Christ, to grow in holiness, and to pursue justice, mercy, and peace in His name.
Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 4:11-13; 1 Peter 2:9-10; Acts 2:42

The Return of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ will return visibly and triumphantly to judge the living and the dead, to consummate His kingdom, and to make all things new. All people will be raised to life, either to eternal joy with God or eternal separation from Him. This hope inspires us to live with faith, love, and anticipation, knowing that God will bring justice, peace, and righteousness to all creation.
Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15; 2 Corinthians 5:10
